Treat yourself and / or your senior staff to leadership coaching. We meet on a 1:1 basis at a defined rhythm based on the goal definition. Coaching opens up a space for self-observation in a real work context and offers the opportunity to observe and change one's own behavior or attitudes and to consciously perceive the associated effects. A cycle of change and self-reflection arises, which is continued until the jointly defined goals are achieved. As a leader, you are encouraged to observe your own behavior from a birds-eyes-view and thereby come into your own creative power. As a coach, I use various questioning techniques and a variety of methods to initiate thought processes. I give you feedback and reflect perceptions, ideas and behavior. This process is cooperative, interactive, respectful and on equal terms and usually takes place over a period of several weeks with regular, usually hourly meetings.
